Feature requ. : More restricted timer rules

Hiya,

I would like to raise a feature request.
One of the former MCE features were nice and saved record space by preventing unneeded recurring records:

- setting a dedicated channel for record timers (e.g. "BBC only" or "channel 13 only")
- setting a time range for record timers (e.g. "around 11.00" or "between 11.00 and 12.00")
