Transcoding records on Synology 218+

Hello,

I bought the Synology 218+ and installed TV-Mosaic from the homepage.

Now I want to store my recordings as mp4 by transcoding. So I have chosen the following setting.

But unfortunately absolutely nothing happens. My recordings are still saved as mpeg stream.

Did I miss something or do I still have to install something?
I am grateful for any help and suggestions.
