Apart from that:
  • The application is still running on my systems
  • You can still buy the application
  • If you run into issues and send an E-mail, you will still get support

So, depending on the definition, I would say: yes it is still alive.
By that definition win95 is still alive... ;-)

Can you still buy it?
Do you still get support from Microsoft if you email them?

Not for Windows 95....

But I get your point and I noticed the smiley

Bad news, folks... sent an email yesterday to info@dvblogic.com as well as tvmosaic@dvblogic.com and got a mailer daemon back. :o That’s not what I expected from a company still providing these addresses for support... now I don’t know how to get my TV Mosaic Plus license moved from my old NAS to my new device...

Let's not make it more dramatic than it is...
I have sent them a mail as well and got 3 nice automatic E-mails back, indicating that they have created a support user for me. Seems they have switched to a new support system.

Im also a long time DVBLogic-User and i am with @Plantje and dont want to over-dramatize, but the information policy has become worse and worse....
I´m starting to feel a little bit isolated and don´t want to make me up an answer as a user :?

its a pitty it is not actively developed anymore and the lack of communication and closed roadmap if any.

I have received a reply from the team. Hope they don't mind that I share it here...

My question:
Goedemiddag,

Rudi Hendrix
The response:
Hi Rudi Hendrix,
It is alive. All services for correct TVMosaic and even old DVBLink server is up and running.

But, yes, unfortunately, there is a big list of tasks, and no estimated dated when they will be considered to be done/rejected/fixed etc.

Kind regards,
DVBlogic support team
