Re: AVM Fritz DVB-C Repeater missing channels

I believe the presets for the countrys/town are outdated, you should go the Long way with a full DVB-C channel search. Do not select Germany, go to the end of the list and take missing country. I had the same problem here in Munich.

Re: Transponders blocked

Here the same problem, but I believe I have found the reason for this issue. I have this problem since the latest update, and have lost more then one one day to find the reason for the problem. I'm using tvmosaic plus with my raspberrypi. Tuners are two in use, TV-Butler and Hauppauge WinTVHD Dual (...

Linux (Ubuntu) Client not running - Power usage?

Hi, I'm using the TV-Mosaic client on Ubuntu 18.10, and it works fine. But a problem is the power consumation on my Laptop DELL XPS 15. If the client is not running, I can see in top an always running process with the name tvmosaic_+. This process needs only 3% of one cpu, but each % from my battery...

Re: TVMosaic on Ubuntu 18.10?

I have installed the missing files with "sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0" , now it works. Could you please rework the Installation Wiki for Ubuntu 18.10? Thanks

Re: USB DVB-C stick - compatibility

Update - I have installed these two modules http://palosaari.fi/linux/v4l-dvb/firmware/Si2168/ to the folder /lib/firmware with a following reboot, now it works. I'm not a Linux pro, is this the correct way, the modules seems are very old? lsmod | grep si2168 si2168 20480 1 i2c_mux 16384 1 si2168

Re: USB DVB-C stick - compatibility

I have now the stick Hauppauge WinTV Dual HD in use, but it does not work with the TV-Mosaic Server and RaspberryPI. TV-Mosaic (Windows) shows me a new tuner (Silicon Labs SI2168), but if I start a channel search (German DVB-C / Kabel Deutschland) the stick found no channels. The stick itself works ...

Re: USB DVB-C stick - compatibility

Thanks for the info! That the stick is not working with my Synology is not a Problem, a RaspberryPi is for me the perfect 24/7 TV-Server.

USB DVB-C stick - compatibility

Hi all, I'm searching an extra DVB-C USB-stick (2 Tuners), and should run with the tv-mosaic Server on a RaspberryPi or a Synology NAS DS716+II. The System runs now with a tv-butler stick with a RaspberryPi, and it works great. I would attach the new stick to a power supplied USB hub. If I go to Lin...
