PLEASE, DVBLogic, respond to my ticket

I need to reset my license, because I changed hardware in my server. I made a ticket a few weeks ago, asking to do just that. Because the license portal fails to do that. I have also sent you a message on Twitter. My trial time is running out......

I did it last Sunday for my two licenses. There it still worked ......

It is not working overhere. I can't use the code, because the system recognises that is is bound to another PC. And I can't release it, because the portal fails to reset the license.

they isnt coming back, Ive waited weeks as well for a ticket to be answered as well but no answer now i have to look else where for software maybe tvheadend

Let's hope the trial license doesn't automatically stop working.... I'm afraid it does though...

Officially fucked right now. Trial license ended. And no reply.

I don't understand why it is so hard to post anything on this forum about the status of the company. Maybe there is something really serious going on with the people behind it. Knowing can lead to understanding.

I completely agree with you! It is really too bad that they let it slip this bad...

Any way to trick the trial to run longer?

Tried moving license too, but failed through the portal. My support request is going unanswered for over 2 weeks already. I gave up and moved to Plex with all it's Live TV shortcomings. It was a nice ride.

Does Plex have the option for encrypted channels too?
