Need help contacting support

I have been trying to contact support on my TV Mosaic license and nobody is responding to my tickets. It's been a week now. I need help resetting my license. I can't do it from my account at https://license.dvblogic.com/login.

I'm getting the following message:

"Reset failed. Please, re-actiavte Serial Number at the new hardware configuration. Please, write an e-mail to tvmosaic@dvblogic.com with reset request."

Please have someone get back to me. I paid for a license that I can't use at the moment.

I'm still waiting for someone to help me. This is getting very frustrating to say the least. It shouldn't take more than a week to get help with a license you purchased and your account.

Unfortunately it seems that the product abandonned. :(
I bought a license one year ago and today I hope I won't have any problem with my NAS in the future... :(

You can try to ask them one more time to test...
