Set recording folder to a NAS directory manually, now crashing

Post by hquant » Sat Mar 09, 2019 10:54 am

TV Mosaic runs on my Windows PC. I entered a path for TV recordings in the TV Mosaic settings manually in the "Recorder" Settings pointing to a directory on my NAS (V:\_TV) and saved the change. TV Mosaic hung up when I clicked save. After restarting the program, I was no longer able to access the "Recorder" settings. The program hangs immediately when I click the recorder settings. When I try to record something, the programm turns up an error. So, not only can I not save recordings to my NAS, now I can't record anything at all. Life was a lot easier with DVB Link. Is there a solution to fix my problem?

Solved:

Edit "recordersettings.xml" in C:\Program Files\DVBLogic\TVMosaic\data\config
Enter correct path, save as utf-8
Done

Still sucks though
