Trial Activation - not working

Hi
I've activated the plus version of TV Mosaic so I can test the send to feature, specifically the conversion from TS to MP4. Since stating the trial, no extra features can be seen and though I can send the file, I can't convert it.
I'd like to test this before I buy, can anyone help please?

Thanks for sending me instructions. I still couldn't get it to work so upgraded the software and it came good. Testing it now but only got 1 day to go now, lol, I'll have to work fast.

I use Trail version but Second User Can watch only the Chanel that first user wacth

i have you Trail Version of TV mosaic plus
and i am able to get TV Channel But when first user first user watch TV Channel From 1 frequency (474000 MHz) Second user Can only watch TV Channel from that Frequency only.
Like as of now i have receive 2 Frequency of TV Channel 474000 MHz and 482000 MHz and i can get 14 Channel
Which 8 Channel from frequency 474000 MHz and other 6 Channel from 482000 MHz
During that for first user they can watch any Channel from that
But for second User they can only watch only Channel from Frequency that first User watch.
First User watch TV Channel from frequency 474000 MHz so second User can watch Channel from that frequency only

Sorry for that since i am really new to TV mosaic so i hope i can get the idea from all member here.

If you need more trial, just write to a support portal (tvmosaic@dvblogic.com )
