TV Advisor (GB) renewal ?

My TV Advisor (GB) subscription expires on the 19th March, but I have received no renewal invitation and logging into my account on the whilst showing my past history does not have any apparent way of renewing.

I would like to pay by bank transfer so will need to allow a few days for the funds to send their way through the system.

It’s probably me being thick, but any guidance as how to renew would be welcome.

Please, write an e-mail to our support and they will guide you through the renewal process.

For the record this was resolved in my case by purchasing a new subscription via the website

I chose to make a direct payment but if using Paypal your mileage may vary

Following purchase a new activation code was emailed to me which can then be activated via the Installed Products section of the TV Mosaic Server via an appropriate client (Linux in my case)

In activating the new code it appends a year to whatever was left on your original subscription (ie you do not lose any time)
