Hi DVBLogic

after 2 e-mails to the unanswered assistance service, I am forced to write you here to everyone's attention.
I have a regular license dvblink 5.5 and I have no intention (for now) to switch to tvmosaic because there is no compatibility with windows media center.
After 4 years I replaced my server and I want to bring my 5.5 license on the new pc
Why do not you give me this chance as written in the dvblink wiki?

please I have urgency! several days have already passed since my first email and I do not think it is in your policy to abandon old customers

What is the helpdesk ticket number that was created for your e-mail?

I can't create ticket number, system it's blocked.

I have reset your licenses and you can use them to activate your product again.

We have not received any e-mails/requests from you. What do you mean exactly under "system is blocked"?
