TVM & HDHomeRun Expand - 2 issues discovered - TVM vs. Lan direct play.

So I maybe "might" have found the issue that I have been dealing with for a very long time.

I created another Thread where I talk about my TVM software being unstable/crashing, but it might be another issue where TVM locks tuners and does not release them for a very long time.

Tested with plex and plexpass sub and their hdhomerun, they work the same way as if it was lan play, and they instant remove lock when tv singal is shut down, like I did with VLC and direct lan play.
