Re: Subfolders for recordings

Hi, is this topic still on the to do list? I don't know if I'm alone in having tvmosic running 24/7 on a really power saving (but therefor not very powerful) system and therefor problems in with the SATA-Controller/Windows handling a folder which in my case currently contains 3,71 TB in 564 Files (a...

Re: Problems with skipping back in Kodi

Glad Kodi 18 solved your issue :-) Surprised you just started to use Kodi 18, because i have been using it without many problems for almost a year already. The reason I wanted you to try MrMC is because of ruling out issues with TVMosaic itself. Of course, MrMC is limited regarding user addons etc,...

Re: Problems with skipping back in Kodi

Try MrMC on the Shield. You know Koying (ex Android dev Kodi/SMPC) is on board the MrMC Dev team for months already ;) So expect better support for Android devices in the future with MrMC, compared to Kodi  I tried MrMMC yesterday for a while but it has many many limitations... With Kodi I'm ...

Just did that and the skipping also works like a charm. So there has to be some incompatibility between Oreo and the addon version of Kodi 17 :(

Re: Problems with skipping back in Kodi

I just tried with a windows client and here the skipping in Kodi works really good.
So the source of the problem seems to be the Nvidia Shield TV and I remember it appearing when I updated it to Android 8 (Oreo).

Is there maybe a newer version of the Addon available or should I try Kodi 18?

Problems with skipping back in Kodi

Hello, since a while ago I have problems when skipping back. In about half of the cases I skip back (30 second steps) in Kodi the Video hangs for about one and a half minute (! yes, not just few seconds) until it starts playing from the position I skipped to. In the log it just says this: 2018-Jul-1...

Download Filename/Versioning

Hello, I don't know how your internal versioning is organized but is it good that the current version still is 1.0.0? With all the changes it might be useful to update the last digit - at least in my company thats what its for :) So that the current version would be 1.0.12 if I counted correctly. Th...

Re: Edit ts-files

Maybe it should also be mentioned that the "exotic" codec H.265 has nothing to do with tvmosaic. Tvmosaic just saves the stream it gets from the tuner in TS.* The decision to use this instead of the older (and established) H.264 was made to provide a better quality and put more stations on the limit...
