I am having the exact same issues.

Would really like TV Mosaic to speak to this as I really don't care for paying for a program that isn't working and no help from support.

Are you saying I should download an older release with lip-syncing issues so audio will record on my PVR?
No sure what else to take from that link... please help as PVR with your program was a main reason for purchase.. which I have done.

You need to download it from tv-mosaic.com (https://tv-mosaic.com/en/download/) Choose "Synology" and your model (DS218+), then you can download the latest package (Build 16438), and install it manually on your Synology NAS. I am experiencing the same issue on a MiBox. Recorded shows play fine on desktop client but no sound on my primary unit.

There is no update showing on my Synology NAS 218+

Every time I open desktop client is says new software available. Yet no new software can be found.

Update available but no update file to download

Hi,
Upon launching the Desktop app I am greeted with a popup "There is a new version available, would you like to download"
When I click on "YES" it takes me to the download page however there is no new update and no new change log... Kind of perplexed here...

Here is a work around for those new to this program (such as me) Use the Favourites feature in the desktop app and sort your programs that way. I find it just fine to use. I create a couple Favourite lists (one for me and one for the wife) Then she can just pop into her list and vise versa. Actually...
